PROGRAM RULES

Player Expectations

1.      All athletes understand that they are students first and athletes second.

2.      All athletes will represent themselves in a positive manner within the school and the community.

3.      All players are to be at practice.

4.      All players are to be on time to practice.

5.      All players will display good sportsmanship at all times.

6.      All players will show respect for and be supportive of all teammates.

Rules

1.      Unexcused absence from game or practice

        -First offense- 1 game suspension (parent contact)

        -Second offense- 2 game suspension (parent contact)

        -Third offense- Removal from the team (parent contact)

2.      Unexcused practice-sit out ½ of the next game

3.      Unexcused tardy to practice or game-team lap for each minute late

4.      Disrespectful conduct to teammate, official, or opponent

        -First offense- 3 BB’s (parent contact)

        -Second offense-1/2 game suspension (parent contact)

        -Third offense- 1 game suspension (parent contact)-Fourth offense-removal from the team

5.      Forgetting uniform or ball

        -First offense-2 BB’s

        -Second offense-1/2 game suspension (parent contact)

        -Third offense-1 game suspension (parent contact)

6.      Any player ineligible because of grades will report to practice and complete work before being allowed to practice.
